✦ THE DEPOSIT RULE A 50% non-refundable deposit (or $25 minimum) is required for EVERY service and/or package booked. This deposit secures your time on my calendar and is applied toward your total at checkout. Total deposit amount is disclosed prior to booking. ⏳ RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS To protect my schedule and ensure system compatibility, the following rules apply to all changes: 72+ Hours Notice: One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking. 72 to 24 Hours Notice: Your original deposit may be transferred to a new appointment only if the new appointment is booked within the same calendar month. A new date and time must be provided at the time of the request. Please Note: All reschedules require manual studio approval. A request does not guarantee your new spot until explicitly confirmed by the studio. 24 Hours or Less / No-Show: 100% of the scheduled service total will be automatically collected via the card on file. To re-book any future appointments, a brand-new deposit will be required. ⏱ PUNCTUALITY 10-Minute Grace Period: Please arrive on time! 11+ Minutes Late: A $15 fee applies, and your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time. 📱 HOW TO UPDATE If you need to change your appointment and are within the 72-hour window, please text the studio directly at 775-313-8097. Important: Texting does not automatically guarantee a rescheduled date or a waiver of fees. Any changes made under 72 hours must fit the same-month criteria and wait for studio confirmation. Changes 24 hours and under will immediately trigger the 100% service fee collection. 🧘🏻‍♀️ STUDIO ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY Guest & Children Policy: To maintain a serene environment and ensure the highest safety standards during clinical and intimate treatments, extra guests and children are not permitted in the treatment room during your service. Refund Policy: All services and deposits are non-refundable. Retail products may be exchanged for studio credit within 14 days of purchase if unopened and unused. Card Authorization: By booking an appointment and providing your card information, you explicitly authorize the studio to charge your card on file in accordance with our cancellation and punctuality policies.
