My studio is BBB Accredited, which means I value honesty and integrity as much as I value artistry. Cancellation Policy

✨ UPDATED STUDIO POLICIES To ensure I can continue providing the best experience and dedicated time for every client, I am updating my booking and cancellation policies effective immediately. 💎 THE DEPOSIT RULE A 50% non-refundable deposit (or $25 minimum) is now required for EVERY service and package booked. This deposit secures your time on my calendar and is applied toward your total at checkout. ⏳ RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS I understand life happens! To protect my schedule, the following fees apply to all changes: • 72+ Hours Notice: One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking. • 72 to 24 Hours Notice: A $15 Rescheduling Fee will be required to move your appointment. • Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: The 50% deposit is FORFEITED. A new deposit will be required to re-book. ⏰ PUNCTUALITY • 10-Minute Grace Period: Please arrive on time! • 15+ Minutes Late: A $15 fee applies, and your service may be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time. 📱 HOW TO UPDATE If you need to change your appointment and are within the 72-hour window, please text me directly at 775-313-8097.
